I am from Narsapur, India, a small town six miles from the Indian Ocean, in the state of Andhra Pradesh. I watched my grandmother cook since I was eight and began helping her when I was ten. I was always the first one to taste her flavorful curries and learned early to appreciate the distinct flavors of the various spices.
I developed an expertise in combining the flavorful tastes of India with wholesome and fresh ingredients. It is my desire to create a savory and delicious vegetarian menu that is also healthy.
